Thanks for keeping us updated as the drama across the cheddar border unfolds. I honestly have no idea why someone would want to keep a real fish at home. They don't do anything that you can't program a screen saver to do just as well. Plus you don't have to remember to feed or clean the water.

I stopped in to see what the latest and greatest Lasko news from the most entertaining writer I know:) You just crack me up with the way you can articulate some of the everyday things we all go through, and much that we haven't. Really draws me in and realize how humorous and fun life can be! Hope all is well and I love you!

ok, now i have a comment after reading about the previous 'pet's' fate. fish are easy. good way to start responsibility. just don't let them take it out of the bowl to pet it. we found that is not a good idea. don't let the cat get too hungry. the cat will knock the bowl off of the dresser. that makes for a messy clean up after you've been gone for a day and a half. and above all else don't call the kids in to watch the fish do a spasmatic dance in the water...for they will see a lifeless body float belly up when it is over.
